The Psychology of Color

Since I have been wanting to paint and redecorate, I thought I would do some research on colors and decorating ideas. I came across this quiz – “What do your color choices say about you?”. By taking this quiz, it was supposed to tell me what my color personality is and what are the best color choices for my home would be. Well these are my results:

Mostly Ds: Adventurous

As you can see it did not give me any color ideas. So with more searching I came across this very interesting article – The Psychology of Color. Now this is more of what I was looking for… They explain colors with their associations and definitely gave me ideas! As was stated in the first sentence of the article – the psychology of color is a rich and complex subject – and one I definitely want to learn and research some more.
